Refund Policy

We want you to love your Ama Hair Collection order. If something isn't right, here's how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Return Window

Unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging with tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

• Hair that has been worn, washed, cut, colored, or altered in any way.
• Items without their original packaging.
• Final sale items, clearly marked at checkout.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different length, texture, or color? We're happy to exchange within the same 14-day window, subject to availability.
