Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Times & Rates

• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
• Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days): available at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, track your order anytime from our Track Order page using your order number and email, or via the secure tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Issues

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and building management, then contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the carrier.
